PT. Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia, a fast growing automotive company is looking for Technical Trainer Supervisor And Management Trainee (MT). With qualification:
Technical Trainer Supervisor
Skills/Knowledge:
- Exposure to commercial vehicles (Truck, Pickup)
- Good presentation and reporting skills, communication, interpersonal, and social skill
- Technical background – automotive knowledge and product handling
- In-depth knowledge about vehicle troubleshooting and diagnostic
Responsibilities:
- Conducting technical trainings on commercial range of vehicles for dealership personnel like diagnostic experts, work managers, team leaders, electricians, technicians, and service advisors
- Developing of training aids, aggregates and training modules
- Competency and skill management and learning management for workshop personnel
- Hands on for overhaul of engines, transmission system, and aggregates
- Training need identification for the dealership personnel
- Coordinating with dealership, vendors, and channel partners for trainings
- Preparing for training literature (handouts, modules, etc.) and cut sections
- Manage the training budget
Work Location: Pondok Indah Office Tower 3, Pondok Indah, Jakarta Selatan.

Management Trainee (MT)
- Candidate possess at least a Fresh Bachelor Degree from any major (preferably from Business Administration, Marketing, Management and Mechanical Engineer with reputable University (from Top tier University in Indonesia) and minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00).
- Possess at least 1 year(s) of working experience will be advantage.
- Max 25 Years Old.
- Possess strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and Entrepreneurial mindset.
- High intellectual curiosity, creative, enthusiastic individuals.
- Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent in verbal, microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint), presentation, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Knowledge in Automotive related will be advantage.
